|About the Book|
This epic work of Hadith sciences is usually printed in 9 volumes (Arabic only). It was printed in 1400 Hijri (there are 4 different prints available, the last was printed about 15 years ago while the first was from 1400 Hijri). Shaikh Al-Albani wrote this work as a checking of the ahadith from the famous Hanbali book Manaar as-Sabeel, which is a explanation providing proofs for the Hanbali text, Daleel at-Taalib. I studied this work when I was 24 years old and it has had a life long impact on me. The student of knowledge can begin with Daleel at-Taalib as an intro book. Then graduate to Manaar as-Sabeeln fi Sharh ad-Daleel as an advanced book providing all the evidences. Then one can finally reach Irwaa al-Ghaleel fi takhreej ahadith Manaar as-Sabeel as the final study understanding the authenticity of each Hadith. This book itself discusses a lot of this information in the first 20 pages. Then the next 6 pages show scans of the original hand written manuscripts. Also there is a beautiful poem on page # 18 about these books. Once a person reads all 9 of these volumes they will be very well versed in the science of takhreej.
